Samentha Alarcon

Founder/Birth Doula

Samentha is the founder of True Bloom Doula Care LLC. As a birth doula and professionally trained NICU doula, she is able to provide guidance no matter how your birth story unfolds. After the birth of her daughter, she discovered her calling in birth work. When she is not supporting clients, you can find her rescuing animals, spending time with family and advocating for informed, confident parenthood.

Jenna Sweet-Pitiranggon

Birth Doula

Jenna is an inclusive, holistic birth doula. As a home birth mama with 2 littles, her favorite activities are snuggling her babies and empowering her clients. She hopes to care for you by supporting you as a whole person and all the things that matter to you. She does this work because everyone deserves to have a village of support around them!

Postpartum Doula

Julie is a postpartum doula, newborn care specialist, qualified breastfeeding counselor and infant sleep coach serving families in the West Houston area. Known for her calming presence and intuitive care, she supports families with practices that honor both baby cues and parental wellbeing. Her mission is to nurture and enable parents with compassionate, responsive care so they can rest, trust themselves and feel supported.

Postpartum Doula

Cecily is a certified breastfeeding specialist and postpartum doula who combines her background in engineering with a passion for supporting working parents and families during the postpartum period. She offers compassionate, evidence-based care focused on feeding, recovery, and emotional well-being. She helps parents navigate the transition into parenthood with confidence while prioritizing self-care and sustainable support.

Student Birth Doula

Makenzie is working on her birth doula certification through DONA. As a native Houstonian with a background in equity and inclusion, serving her community as a birth doula is one of the biggest blessings in her life. She currently lives with her fiancé of 7 years and their crazy feline companion. She looks forward to serving you and your family through this time of change and blessings!
