We are your wing women for any information you need relating to pregnancy, labor and postpartum. We also have a referral list of other incredible birth workers should you need any extra assistance.

All questions, comments or concerns are welcome at any time. We are your birth besties and our job is to support you!

During this in-person visit we go over many topics. These include creating your birth plan, comfort techniques to ease pain during labor and what to expect before, during and after delivery. Our role is to provide ample information for you to feel confident starting this new and exciting chapter of parenthood!

We know how to recognize which stage of labor you are in so we can adjust your position, breath and support to help your labor progress naturally. We use comfort techniques such as massage, counterpressure and aromatherapy to help ease stress during labor and keep a calm environment. We fully support you throughout the process while also supporting your partner so they don’t burn out or panic.

After delivery we can assist with taking basic photos, helping with first latch, answering any questions and cleaning up the space.

In the rare case we can’t attend your birth due to illness or emergency, we work with a few trusted doulas who could serve as a backup. They would be fully briefed on your wishes and ready to step in with the same level of care and support.

Access to a whatsapp group chat for current and past clients to connect, share experiences and ask questions with other mamas who are in a similar stage of parenthood. We also have monthly meet ups at parks around Houston to get together, meet in person and build community!

During this visit we will discuss your birth, how you and your family are adjusting and if you need additional support from any other providers. We can also offer basic breastfeeding support or watch your new baby while you take a breather. Sometimes we all need a relaxing moment after a big life event; whether that’s a nap, bath or shower to decompress.

Support Details
Good to Know Before Booking
Daytime rate is $30 per hour. Overnight rate is $35 per hour
Daytime hours are 7am-7pm. Overnight hours are 7pm-7am
Daytime and overnight support can be combined
Custom packages are available
Daytime shifts require a 4-hour minimum
Overnight shifts require an 8-hour minimum
All packages include access to the Motherhood Support Group
An additional $5 per hour applies for each additional baby, including twins, triplets, or higher-order multiples
Payment
We do offer payment plans to make things more affordable! There is a 50% retainer fee due at contract signing to reserve your due date, which goes towards the total price of your package.

If you have already had your baby and are looking for postpartum assistance, the full fee is required up front before services are started.
We believe support should feel as accessible as possible.
A limited sliding scale may be available for families who need additional financial flexibility.
Because availability depends on current student doula schedules and program capacity, sliding scale support cannot be guaranteed for every request. Please reach out and share what you’re looking for, and we’ll let you know what options may be available.
